Late Night Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito

Ever been in your dorm room late at night craving Taco Bell, but didn’t have a vehicle readily available to take you there? I have, and this next recipe is the ultimate solution.

 

Things you will need:
A bowl for rice
A bowl for beans
Utensils
Can opener
Minute rice
Refried beans
Tortillas
Adobo seasoning
Taco Bell’s Bold and Creamy sauce
Shredded cheese
Additional toppings (lettuce, tomato, olives, etc.)
Jalapenos and Hot Sauce (optional—for added heat!)

 

Step 1: Microwave two cups of rice (with water of course) for six minutes

Step 2: Add some Adobo seasoning, and about three to five teaspoons of the sauce. Mix thoroughly, cover, then let sit for a few minutes.

Step 3: Open a can of refried beans, add the hot sauce (optional) and then microwave for about three minutes.

Step 4: Start creating your burrito: add the cheesy rice, the beans, the shredded cheese and anything else you would like to put on it

Step 5: Enjoy!

 

This recipe yields approximately four to five burritos.
